Description
It&ly Oxily is the complementary cream peroxide for the It&ly Oxily range of color cream. It should be mixed 1:1 with the color cream apart from the Superlight shades where the mixing ratio is 1:1.5 cream to developer. It has a balanced pH and contains It&ly’s ACP active color protection Complex that provides care and conditioning to the hair, so even the high strengths are gentle on the hair giving better luminosity and intense shine.
Oxily comes in a 1-litre bottle and is available in 5 strengths: 5 vol 1.5%, 10 vol 3%, 20 vol 6%, 30 vol 9% or 40 vol 12%.
